Information you give us
When you use our contact form, you provide your name, email address, and project details. We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes, and fulfill orders you place with us.
When you join our early access waitlist, you provide your email address and, if you choose, your phone number. We also record the page you signed up from and the country your request came from. We use this information to tell you about new products, launches and offers from Kubb.
If you give us your phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Kubb. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Information stored in your browser
Items you add to your cart are saved in your browser's local storage so your cart is still there when you come back. We also remember whether you've joined or closed the waitlist popup so we don't show it again. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or cross-site tracking on this site.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the site:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and stores waitlist sign-ups. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve pages and protect against abuse.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site. Your browser requests fonts directly from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep contact and order details for as long as needed to respond to you, complete your order, and meet legal or accounting obligations. After that, we delete it. Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send your request through our contact form and we will respond promptly.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
